Donate a coat: Santhosh is collecting for 52 families
Coats, boots, hats and gloves are needed before the first frost.

I coordinate donations at the Liberty Primary School in Thane. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Thane, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Liberty Primary School on Friday between 9am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Liberty Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Gave what I could, wish it was more. Wish I lived closer to Saket so I could bring a meal. Thinking of Thane.
hope things get better soon, Santhosh. This could happen to any of us. We're a small family in Columbia but we're thinking of you. God bless.
everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I'll check back for the next update. Love from Jakarta.
sending strength, Santhosh. Shared it with a few friends. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
Rooting for you. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Thinking of Thane.
Thinking of you and your family. I hope things turn around soon. Put this on a community board in Quezon City this morning
You're not alone, Santhosh. I hope things turn around soon. Take care.
Take care, Santhosh. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. After 16 years in social work I know how hard it's to ask for anything
