Donate a coat: Rowan is collecting for 80 families
Coats, boots, hats and gloves are needed before the first frost.

I coordinate donations at Sycamore Women's Shelter in Augusta. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Augusta, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Sycamore Women's Shelter on Saturday between 11am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Sycamore Women's Shelter clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
