I coordinate donations at the Harmony Family Centre in Varanasi. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Varanasi, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Harmony Family Centre on Friday between 9am and 4pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Harmony Family Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

So sorry you're going through this, Payal. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I have a 5 year old who wants to send good wishes too. God bless

        • You're not alone. This could happen to any of us. I'm in engineering myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Blessings.
