I coordinate donations at Acacia Refugee Centre in Badagry. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Badagry, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Acacia Refugee Centre on Friday between 9am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Acacia Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Thank you so much.

Rooting for you. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'll check back for the next update. Greetings from Ciudad de México.
Hope it all works out. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Take care.
