I coordinate donations at the Maple Mosque in Wudil. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Wudil, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Maple Mosque on Monday between 10am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Maple Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Wishing you the best. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. Sent it to 40 people at work.
Hang in there, Obinna. It takes guts to ask. Well done. All the best
I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Love from Jakarta Barat.
So sorry you're going through this, Obinna. It takes guts to ask. Well done
Best of luck, Obinna. It takes guts to ask. Well done. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Love from Monterrey
