A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at Cedar Women's Shelter.

I coordinate donations at Cedar Women's Shelter in Mecca. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Mecca, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Cedar Women's Shelter on Sunday between 9am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Cedar Women's Shelter clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Thank you for reading my story.

Wishing you the best, Mustafa. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. All the best
this could happen to any of us. I'll check back for the next update.
Thanks for sharing this. Your post was clear and honest. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Thinking of Mecca.
