Donate a coat: Mugisha is collecting for 89 families

I coordinate donations at the Maple Mosque in Zanzibar City. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Zanzibar City, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Maple Mosque on Sunday between 11am and 2pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Maple Mosque clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
