I coordinate donations at the Harmony Community Church in Braunschweig. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Braunschweig, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Harmony Community Church on Monday between 10am and 3pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Harmony Community Church clothing bank, which is open to everyone. Glad we found this place.

  • Sending love. Shared it with a few friends. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. All the best.
