Donate a coat: Lucas is collecting for 43 families
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at Lotus Refugee Centre.

I coordinate donations at Lotus Refugee Centre in Feira de Santana. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Feira de Santana, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Lotus Refugee Centre on Friday between 10am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Lotus Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
