Donate a coat: Lea is collecting for 33 families
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at the Union Community Church.

I coordinate donations at the Union Community Church in Berlin. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes 4-12. If you're in Berlin, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Union Community Church on Sunday between 11am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Union Community Church clothing bank, which is open to everyone.

Wishing you the best. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Blessings.
Keep going, Lea. Shared this with my family. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
Thanks for sharing this, Lea. Hope you get there. God bless.
