I coordinate donations at the Liberty Family Centre in Durban. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in Durban, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Liberty Family Centre on Saturday between 11am and 4pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Liberty Family Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
Thanks for being kind about this.

You're not alone. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. I have a 16 year old who wants to send good wishes too.
Keep going, Francois. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I'll check back for the next update. Greetings from Jakarta
