Donate a coat: Francisco is collecting for 36 families
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at Harmony Refugee Centre.
🇺🇸 Anaheim, California, United States642 views
I coordinate donations at Harmony Refugee Centre in Anaheim. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Anaheim, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at Harmony Refugee Centre on Thursday between 9am and 2pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the Harmony Refugee Centre clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I went through something like this 2 years ago and strangers helped me out. Blessings.
Take care, Francisco. Shared this with my family. Blessings.
