Donate a coat: Florence is collecting for 90 families

I coordinate donations at the Cedar Primary School in Zanzibar City. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled. We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes toddler through teen. If you're in Zanzibar City, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Cedar Primary School on Tuesday between 9am and 4pm. If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate. Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Cedar Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone. If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.
