Donate a coat: Carmen is collecting for 39 families
A simple way to help: donate warm clothing for kids at the Maple Primary School.

I coordinate donations at the Maple Primary School in San Diego. Every year around this time we hear from families who have nothing warm for their children, and this year demand has more than doubled.
We're collecting clean, gently used or new coats, boots, hats, gloves and scarves in sizes kids' 3 to 5 and women's S-L. If you're in San Diego, we can arrange a pick-up or you can drop things at the Maple Primary School on Friday between 10am and 3pm.
If you're elsewhere, you may offer to sponsor a coat through a local shop - message in the comments and we can coordinate.
Items go to families directly and the rest to the the Maple Primary School clothing bank, which is open to everyone.
