Don't let Waraporn's family go through summer without gas

The gas account is 2 months behind. Waraporn received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless $200 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Waraporn called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $35 first, which isn't available. The household includes a disabled brother, and going through summer without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
