The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. Talha received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $60 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Talha called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which isn't available. The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
