Don't let Sara's family go through summer without heating

The heating account is 4 months behind. Sara received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $100 is paid. She had never been late before a reduction in hours. Sara called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available. The household includes a newborn, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
