Don't let Santiago's family go through the cold months without water
A disconnection notice for water arrived and Santiago needs $600 before September.

The water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $600. I have never been late before an unexpected car repair.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $100 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $600 goes:
• Water arrears: $330
• Reconnection and late fees: $125
• Down payment on a payment plan: $145
Thanks for reading all this.
