Don't let Oliver's family go through summer without electricity

Oliver called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $195 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through summer without electricity isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Oliver is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Oliver's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
