Don't let Leyla's family go through the cold months without electricity and water

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $150. I have never been late before a reduction in hours. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $35 first, which I don't have. I live with three children under ten, and going through the cold months without electricity and water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
