Don't let Kimani's family go through the cold months without electricity
Kimani is behind on electricity bills after a reduction in hours and needs $150 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity account is 4 months behind. Kimani received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before a reduction in hours.
Kimani called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through the cold months without electricity isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
Kimani is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
Where the $150 goes:
• Gas arrears: $90
• Reconnection and late fees: $20
• Down payment on a payment plan: $40
