Don't let Katherine's family go through the rainy season without water

The water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless I pay $1,000. I have never been late before a reduction in hours. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $65 first, which I don't have. I live with three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. Every dollar goes to the account in Katherine's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates. Where the $1,000 goes: • Water arrears: $680 • Reconnection and late fees: $75 • Down payment on a payment plan: $245 You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it. - Katherine
