The water account is 3 months behind. Hannah received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $850 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Hannah called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $70 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Hannah is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
