The water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $55. I have never been late before a reduction in hours. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. Every dollar goes to the account in Aster's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates. Where the $55 goes: • Water arrears: $30 • Reconnection and late fees: $20 • Down payment on a payment plan: $5 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Thinking of you. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I went through something like this 10 years ago and strangers helped me out. God bless
