Don't let Arjun's family go through the rainy season without electricity

The electricity account is 3 months behind. Arjun received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Arjun called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $25 first, which isn't available. The household includes three children under ten, and going through the rainy season without electricity isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
