Does anyone know an immigration lawyer willing to help for free? Victoria, Los Angeles
Victoria is facing a visa refusal appeal and can't afford a lawyer; an immigration lawyer willing to review the case for free could make the difference.

I'm facing a visa refusal appeal, with a hearing on October. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer.
I'm looking for a qualified immigration lawyer licensed in California who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee.
I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in Los Angeles or meet online.
I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist.
I hope life is good to you.

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Greetings from Cambridge
Thinking of you, Victoria. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
Your post was clear and honest. We're a small family in Aurangabad but we're thinking of you.
good luck, Victoria. This could happen to any of us. Please keep us posted
Sending love, Victoria. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
