Does anyone know an immigration lawyer willing to help for free? Nathalie, Paris
Legal aid is overbooked; a few hours of professional help would change the outcome for Nathalie.

I'm facing a visa refusal appeal, with a hearing on November. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer.
I'm looking for a qualified immigration lawyer licensed in Île-de-France who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee.
I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in Paris or meet online.
I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist.
Glad we found this place.

sending strength, Nathalie. I hope things turn around soon. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double
You're not alone. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
