Does anyone know an immigration lawyer willing to help for free? Jyoti, Mumbai
Looking for a pro bono immigration lawyer in Maharashtra for a case with a deadline in September.

I'm facing a benefits termination I'm appealing, with a hearing on September. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer.
I'm looking for a qualified immigration lawyer licensed in Maharashtra who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee.
I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in Mumbai or meet online.
I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist.
Thank you for reading my story.

Hang in there, Jyoti. Shared this with my family. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected
Hope you get there. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home
keep going, Jyoti. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Greetings from Sacramento
You're not alone, Jyoti. Shared it with a few friends. Thinking of Mumbai
