Does anyone know a disability-rights advocate willing to help for free? Víctor, San Diego
Víctor is facing a visa refusal appeal and can't afford a lawyer; a disability-rights advocate willing to review the case for free could make the difference.

I'm facing a visa refusal appeal, with a hearing on September. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer.
I'm looking for a qualified disability-rights advocate licensed in California who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee.
I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in San Diego or meet online.
I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

praying for you, Víctor. This could happen to any of us. I have a 7 year old who wants to send good wishes too.
