I'm facing a visa refusal appeal, with a hearing on March. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer. I'm looking for a qualified consumer-debt lawyer licensed in Leinster who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee. I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in Dublin or meet online. I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist. If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

keep going. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I have a 7 year old who wants to send good wishes too. All the best.

      • Stay strong, Kathleen. Gave what I could, wish it was more.

        • you're not alone, Kathleen. This could happen to any of us. It's not much but it's yours. Take care.
