Divya needs someone who understands: peer support in recovery
A weekly call with someone who has been through it - that's the whole ask.

I'm four months into recovery from prescription-drug dependence. I attend meetings and see a counselor, but the weeks between meetings are the hardest. I'd love a mentor - someone who has a year or more of recovery and who would be willing to talk once a week.
I'm not looking for a replacement for treatment. I'm looking for someone who understands what a bad Tuesday night feels like.
I'd prefer someone who's happy to do video calls. Any country is fine. I'll be respectful of your time and boundaries, and happy to pay it forward later.
Glad we found this place.

Take care, Divya. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Wish I lived closer to Los Angeles so I could bring a meal.
good luck, Divya. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Love from Thessaloniki.
Take care, Divya. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. God bless
Praying for you. This could happen to any of us. I have a 15 year old who wants to send good wishes too. God bless.
Keep going. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I'm in accounting myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Thinking of Mumbai
I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. Sent it to 39 people at work. Blessings.
