Dinesh served twelve years; now needs help to get home
After twelve years of service, Dinesh is raising funds for a first month of rent and transport to job interviews.

I served twelve years in the marines and was discharged in 2025 with a service-related knee injury. I have been waiting fourteen months for support, and meanwhile I'm sleeping at my brother's place.
I have a plan: a first month of rent and transport to job interviews. The quote I have comes to $600.
I'm receiving counseling through the veterans' clinic and am committed to my recovery. Structure and a stable place to live are the missing pieces.
I'd be grateful for any help and will share updates on how I'm doing.
I'll post invoices, with personal details hidden.
Where the $600 goes:
• Training provider fees: $230
• Housing deposit and first month: $290
• Transport to appointments: $30
• Essential household items: $50
If you're reading this, thank you.

Looking forward to the next update. Wish I lived closer to Bhopal so I could bring a meal.
