Looking for the owner of an old camera found on the weekend in Bristol.

I'm Ruth. Yesterday I found an old camera near the clinic in Bristol. I don't want to leave it with someone who might not look for the owner, so I'm putting it here.
To protect the owner, I'm not saying everything about it: describe it to me in an offer on this post, and I'll be able to tell whether it's yours. We'll swap contact details through HelpBLESS, and I'll hand it over somewhere public in daylight.
If you know who might have lost it, please pass this on.
Please don't put phone numbers in the comments. Use the offer button and we'll connect.

I have a garden camera facing that street and will check the footage. Flexible on timing.

I think I saw something like this near there yesterday. I will go back and have a proper look. Just let me know.
