Did you lose an envelope of important papers in Tamale?
Looking for the owner of an envelope of important papers found earlier this week in Tamale.

I'm Gifty. On Sunday morning I found an envelope of important papers near the train platform in Tamale. I don't want to leave it with someone who might not look for the owner, so I'm putting it here.
To protect the owner, I'm not saying everything about it: describe it to me in an offer on this post, and I'll be able to tell whether it's yours. We'll swap contact details through HelpBLESS, and I'll hand it over somewhere public in daylight.
If you know who might have lost it, please pass this on.
Thank you to everyone who has looked.

I think I saw something like this near there yesterday. I will go back and have a proper look. Flexible on timing.
