Did you lose an envelope of important papers in Newcastle upon Tyne?

I'm Cynthia. On Sunday morning I found an envelope of important papers near the library in Newcastle upon Tyne. I don't want to leave it with someone who might not look for the owner, so I'm putting it here. To protect the owner, I'm not saying everything about it: describe it to me in an offer on this post, and I'll be able to tell whether it's yours. We'll swap contact details through HelpBLESS, and I'll hand it over somewhere public in daylight. If you know who might have lost it, please pass this on. Thank you for sharing this and for keeping an eye out.
