Did you lose an envelope of important papers in Birmingham?
Looking for the owner of an envelope of important papers found on Sunday morning in Birmingham.

I'm Melanie. Yesterday I found an envelope of important papers near the park gates in Birmingham. I don't want to leave it with someone who might not look for the owner, so I'm putting it here.
To protect the owner, I'm not saying everything about it: describe it to me in an offer on this post, and I'll be able to tell whether it's yours. We'll swap contact details through HelpBLESS, and I'll hand it over somewhere public in daylight.
If you know who might have lost it, please pass this on.
Every share helps. Thank you.
