Jakarta Selatan
Dedi earned a place in Form 4 at Jakarta Selatan Technical College, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $200, which is more than they have. Dedi loves design and technology and wants to become a doctor. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. He will take care of everything given and works very hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $200 goes: • Laptop: $110 • School uniform and shoes: $20 • Textbooks and workbooks: $30 • Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $40 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support. - Wahyu
