Dayo's colon cancer treatment fund
4 rounds of treatment are planned at Wudil Cancer Centre; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Dayo was diagnosed with colon cancer in August. The oncology team at Wudil Cancer Centre has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Dayo is 46, worked as a bus conductor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Wudil Cancer Centre 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $1,650 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $950
• Scans and lab work: $230
• Transport to Wudil Cancer Centre: $135
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $90
• Household costs while unable to work: $245
