Dawid wants to stay at home - help fund eight months of care

I'm caring for my father, who's 88. After a fall and hip fracture Dawid can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Dawid desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 50 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Dawid worked all of his life as a nurse, and raised 4 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for eight months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $650 goes:
• Medication and prescriptions: $370
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $105
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $175

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Dawid.
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. medication and prescriptions comes first ($370) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. I'll keep the page updated.
