David needs a guide into renewable energy - monthly calls
David, a warehouse supervisor, is retraining for renewable energy and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over three months.

I have worked as a warehouse supervisor for 14 years, and I'm 48. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Wales, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
