Could you share an hour a week with Yasemin?

An hour a week, a chat, and a cup of tea - that's all Yasemin is asking for.

I'm writing for my neighbor Yasemin, who's 93. Yasemin lives alone in Istanbul, and lost a sister last year. The nearest family lives 642 kilometers away. Yasemin loves old films, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Wednesday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity. No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience. Thank you so much.
