Could you share an hour a week with Vasyl?
An hour a week, a chat, and a cup of tea - that is all Vasyl is asking for.

I'm writing for my neighbor Vasyl, who's 91. Vasyl lives alone in Moscow, and lost a sister last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away.
Vasyl loves old films, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Thursday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
I hope life is good to you.

wishing you the best. Get well soon. Blessings
Thanks for sharing this, Ksenia. Looking forward to the next update. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. All the best.
Sending love, Ksenia. Wishing Vasyl a smooth procedure and a full recovery. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Blessings.
Hope it all works out, Ksenia. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My husband and I read this together. Love from San Diego.
keep going, Ksenia. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend.
