Could you share an hour a week with Theo?
An hour a week, a chat, and a cup of tea - that's all Theo is asking for.

I'm writing for my neighbor Theo, who's 89. Theo lives alone in Augsburg, and lost a son last year. The nearest family lives 818 kilometers away.
Theo loves birdwatching, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Thursday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
