Could you share an hour a week with Subramanian?
An hour a week, a chat, and a cup of tea - that is all Subramanian is asking for.

I'm writing for my neighbor Subramanian, who's 83. Subramanian lives alone in Rohini, and lost a sister last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away.
Subramanian loves cricket, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Monday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
Thank you for reading my story.
