Could you share an hour a week with Raymond?
Raymond lives alone and has no family nearby; a weekly hour of conversation would transform the week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Raymond, who's 94. Raymond lives alone in Toronto, and lost a sister last year. The nearest family lives on the other side of the country.
Raymond loves birdwatching, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Thursday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Gave what I could, wish it was more. We're a small family in Paris but we're thinking of you. Love from Paris.
