Could you share an hour a week with Paolo?
An hour a week, a chat, and a cup of tea - that's all Paolo is asking for.

I'm writing for my neighbor Paolo, who's 89. Paolo lives alone in Makati, and lost a spouse of many years last year. The nearest family lives several hours away.
Paolo loves cricket, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Sunday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
