Could you share an hour a week with Lina?
Lina lives alone and has no family nearby; a weekly hour of conversation would transform the week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Lina, who's 90. Lina lives alone in Berlin, and lost a sister last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away.
Lina loves cricket, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Thursday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
