Could you share an hour a week with Kipchoge?
Kipchoge lives alone and has no family nearby; a weekly hour of conversation would transform the week.

I'm writing for my neighbor Kipchoge, who's 88. Kipchoge lives alone in Kasarani, and lost a sister last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away.
Kipchoge loves knitting, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Sunday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
Thank you for reading my story.

Praying for you. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day.
