Could you share an hour a week with Irina?

I'm writing for my neighbor Irina, who's 72. Irina lives alone in Düsseldorf, and lost a sister last year. The nearest family lives 566 kilometers away. Irina loves opera, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Friday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person. All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
