Could you share an hour a week with Fabio?
An hour a week, a chat, and a cup of tea - that's all Fabio is asking for.

I'm writing for my neighbor Fabio, who's 88. Fabio lives alone in Catania, and lost a sister last year. The nearest family lives a long flight away.
Fabio loves baking, and would enjoy someone to chat with. An hour a week, perhaps on Saturday afternoon, would mean the world. We can also arrange a phone call if you can't visit in person.
All visitors will be introduced by me and I'll be there at the first meeting. I'll share references and, if you'd like, a short orientation from the local befriending charity.
No special skills are needed - just kindness and patience.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

best of luck, Viola. Wishing Fabio a smooth procedure and a full recovery. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Blessings
Hope this works out for you. It's not much but it's yours. Greetings from Buenos Aires.
Take care, Viola. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. Thinking of Catania
Get well soon. We're a small family in Jessore but we're thinking of you. Take care.
Hang in there, Viola. Shared this with my family.
Stay strong, Viola. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. After 10 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
Hang in there, Viola. Looking forward to the next update. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Thinking of Catania.
Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. I went through something like this 12 years ago and strangers helped me out. God bless.
Wishing you the best. It takes guts to ask. Well done. After 20 years in hospitality I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings.
